Hillary's Go to Turkey & Black Bean Dinner

x1 lb Ground Turkey1 Can black beans low sodium1 medium onion, chopped1 garlic clove chopped1 can Del Monte diced tomatoes with basil, Garlic & Oregano1 medium zucchiini cut in quaters and sliced.2 tbls olive oil (seperated)1 tsp paprika1 tsp Italian Seasonings
In first pan add 1 tbls of oil and sautee the zucchini until it begins to brown. Add the onions and garlic and sautee till the onion are translucent. When done remove from heat.
In the second pan add 1 tbls oil and brown the ground turkey, breaking up larger pieces. When the turkey is cooked through add the vegetables, all the seasonings and both the tomatoes and beans. Stir to incorporate and let sit till mixture starts to bubble. Remove from heat.
***You can add some reduced fat cheese to each portion. Those calories are not figured into this recipe.***
