Rumbamel's Lean Beef and Mushroom Crockpot Chili

Ingredients
-1 lb extra lean ground beef, browned and drained well-2 C chopped onions-2 cans (2 3/4 C) light red beans, drained and rinsed-1 can (1 1/2 C) black beans, drained and rinsed- canned mushrooms, about 3, drained, to equal 1 1/2 C-1 T chili powder-12 cans, 8 oz each tomato sauce-14 oz diced canned tomatoes
Directions
---After meat is cooked and drained, add the onions and cook over med/low heat until slightly tender. Then add this mix to the crockpot on high. Add all other ingredients and stir well. Cover and cook for about an hour stirring every 15-20 minutes. Then reduce the heat to low and cook for about another hour, stirring every 20-30 minutes. Salt/season if needed.

--Makes 10 servings of 1 C each.
