BLT Roll Ups

Ingredients
1 - 8" Mission Flour Tortilla1 tbsp. Hormel Real Crumbled Bacon Bits1/8 cup Diced Tomatoes (Remove as much water as possible)1/8 cup Diced Onion1 tbsp. Kraft Lite Miracle Whip Dressing
Directions
Mix together all ingredients besides the flour tortilla in a small bowl.

Microwave the flour tortilla for 5 seconds to make it more pliable.

Place the mixture in a strip along one side of the tortilla. Fold up the nearest edge, fold in both sides and roll the tortilla into a pinwheel.

At this point you can either dive right in and enjoy, or hold the roll together with a couple toothpicks and chill for about an hour. After chilling you will be able to slice the roll into 1" wide pinwheels.
