Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef1 small head cabbage1 cup diced celery1 quart canned diced tomatos1 15 oz can kidney beans1 tsp chile powder4 cups water
Directions
Brown beef and place in large pot add onion, cabbage, celery, add 4 cups water and cook down for 30 minutes, then add kidney beans, tomatos, and chile powder, if necessary add more water and cook another 30 minutes. If you want you may add salt and pepper to taste now.
