Chicken Wild Rice Salad

Ingredients
2 boxes Uncle Ben's (Original Long Grain & Wild Rice)8 cooked Chicken Breast, no skin chopped1 16oz can artichokes hearts, drained and chopped, 2 cup diced Celery2 cup chopped Sweet red peppers (bell)1 pkg Good Seasonings Italian dressing (with olive oil and vinegar and omit the water)1 cup Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo)
Directions
Cook rice according to the packaging using 1 cup less water. Combine chicken and mayo to the cooked rice and let cool. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Make 20 3/4cup servings
