2 Tbsp Olive Oil1 Lbs. Lean Beef cut into bite size pieces1 Green Pepper1 Onion, medium, diced6 Cloves Garlic minced2 Cans Chile Beans in Spicey Tomato Sauce (15.5 oz)2 Cans Diced Tomatoes with Pepper and Onions (14.5 oz)1 Can Diced Tomatoes with Chilies (10 oz)1.5 tsp Cumin1.5 tsp Oregano1.5 tsp Paprika1.5 tsp Cayenne pepper6 tbsp Chili Powder
Serves 12
Heat olive oil in pot and brown meat with onion, green pepper, and garlic. Add the Chili beans, diced tomatoes with green peppers and onions, diced tomatoes with chilies ,and Chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce to the pot. Add the remaining spices and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer for 30 minutes.
