Creamy Pasta Primavera 1lb chicken

Ingredients
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces (remove) * Kraft LIght Zesty Italian Dressing, 2 tbsp (remove) * Zucchini, 400 grams (remove) * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove) * swanson chicken broth ff &33% less sodium, 8 oz (remove) * *Cream Cheese, Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat, 4 oz (remove) * Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup (remove) * Barilla whole grain penne pasta, 10 oz (remove)
Directions
COOK pasta as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and vegetables; cook 10 to 12 min. or until chicken is cooked through, stirring frequently. Add broth and cream cheese; cook 1 min. or until cheese is melted, stirring constantly. Add Parmesan cheese; mix well.

DRAIN pasta; return to pot. Add chicken and vegetable mixture; toss lightly. Cook 1 min. or until heated through. (Sauce will thicken upon standing.)
