eggplantportabella m ushroom pesto(basil spinach aioli)cibatta(scooped)roasted bellpepperGoat Cheese, Soft, 1 oz red onion
Directions
grill all the ingridients except goat chz and pesto,
when the bread is warm add the pesto and the goat chz at the bottom of cibatta(scooped)add mushroom and eggplant close and grill (or put in the panini press) untill lightly toasted
