Buffalo Style Ground Turkey & Potato Casserole

1 1/4 lbs Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey3 cloves garlic, chopped2 1 lb packages frozen Potatoes O'Brien1 lb frozen peas4 tbs Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread4 tbs Cholula Hot Sauce4 oz goat milk cheddar, grated
Brown the ground turkey with the chopped garlic.
Melt the buttery spread and mix with the hot sauce.
Allow the potatoes and peas to thaw slightly.
Mix together the browned turkey mixture with the potatoes, peas, and hot sauce mixture.
Place into a lightly sprayed 9 x 13 baking pan.
Top with the shredded goat milk cheddar.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour.
If the cheese doesn't brown then place under the broiler for a minute or two.
Makes 8 generous servings.
