Overnight Slow Cooker Rice Pudding (fat-free, low-sugar)

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Brown Rice (uncooked)1/4 Cup Splenda2 Tbs Brown Sugar1/4 Tsp Stevia Extract1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon1/4 Tsp Ground Cloves1/4 Tsp Ground Nutmeg1/4 Tsp Allspice1 Tsp Vanilla Extract1 Can (1-1/2 Cups) Fat-Free Evaporated Milk2 Tbs Raisins (optional)
Directions
Put all ingredients except raisins into a 1-1/2 quart round casserole dish. Stir well. Place casserole in crock pot with 1 inch of water in the bottom to cook pudding in a water bath to prevent scorching. Cook on low heat overnight. In the morning, add the raisins (if desired) and serve. Makes 4 servings.
