shrimp bisque

1 lb. shrimp1 cup chopped tomato1 chopped red pepper1/2 cup chopped onion1 T. olive oil1 T. butterSalt and pepper to season
Directions
soften onion and pepper in olive oil. add other ingredients. Puree in blender. garnish with butter, if desired.
