Peanut Butter Crispy Rice Treats

Ingredients
3 Tbsp country crock + calcium4 cups mini marshmallows3/4 cup reduced fat peanut butter6 cups crispy rice cereal
Directions
Lightly coat an 8-inch baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.

Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Quickly add the peanut butter and stir until well mixed. Remove from the heat. Transfer to a large bowl, add the rice cereal and stir until well coated.

Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Allow to cool at least 1 hour. Cut into 14 squares.

Yield: 14 Servings (1 bar per serving)
