4 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts. rolled1 cup low fat sour cream1 cup low fat cream of mushroom soup (condensed)5 slices dried beef
Spray crockpot with nonstick spray. Place dried beef along the bottom. Roll the chicken breast and lay them on top of the beef. Pour sour cream and mushroom soup over the top of the chicken. Add water as wanted to keep mix from boiling dry. Cook on high heat for at least 4 hours.
