Rumbamel's Walnut Crunch Bars

Ingredients
-35 Zesta Wheat crackers-1 stick of unsalted butter-1/2 c butter-8 oz nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips-1 c or 120g chopped walnuts like Diamond brand
Directions
--Lay the crackers side by side on a foil lined sheet and then in a small pot melt the butter and sugar over med/high heat stirring often. Then when it boils, stop stirring and let it boil for 3 minutes. Turn off heat and pour and smooth over all the crackers evenly.

--Put in the over at 400 degrees for 7 minutes and then remove to sprinkle the chocolate chips on evenly and let sit for 5 minutes to melt. Spread evenly over the top and then top with the nuts. Cool, cut or break into about 16 even pieces.

--Makes about 16 servings.
