Vegan Oatmeal Raisin Muffin

Ingredients
1 medium banana1 cup brown sugar unpacked1 tbsp cinnamin1 tbsp vanilla extract1 cup soy milk1 cup water2 cups all-purpose flour2 cups oats
Directions
* Preheat the oven at 350
* Grease a muffin tray
* Put the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, make a well in the middle
* Mix water, soy milk, and the banana until smooth
* Add the banana mixture into the middle of the dry mixture
* Mix with a wooden spoon until combined (don't overmix!)
Fill the tray and bake at 375 for 20-30 min.
