Whole Wheat Cinnamon French Toast

4-5 thick slices Publix Whole Wheat Bread2 whole eggs1 egg white1 tbsp Int'l Delight Fat Free French Vanilla Creamer1 tbsp ground cinnamon2 tbsp fat free milk1 tbsp Land O Lakes butter with canola oil
Mix all ingredients in shallow bowl except for butter and bread. Dip each side of bread into mixture. Melt butter in pan and cook each side of bread until golden brown.
Serve with fruit, reduced calorie syrup or fat free whipped topping! (those calories not counted in this recipe, but 1 thick slice with fruit is enough to fill you). This recipe should make 5 thick slices, nutrition info is based on total = 5 servings.
