1/2 cup canola oil1/2 cup flour4 cups soy milk16 oz. pasta1 T garlic powder1T onion powder1t salt1t pepperbroccoli 1 1/2 pounds, frozen
Directions
combine flour and oil
stir in milk, and keep strirring until it thickens
add spices, cooked pasta, and broccoli
