2 Oranges, cut in sections1 Apple, sliced into thin sections1 Fennel Bulb, sliced into thin sections2 tbsp Rice vinegar2 tsp Olive Oil1/4 cup Orange juice1/4 cup Lemon juice1 tsp Parsley

Combine all ingedients in a bowl and chill for 30 minutes.
