Crock Pot Soup

Ingredients
1 LB ground turkey1/2 LB Turkey Polska Kielbasa1 - 29 oz can Hominy1 - 15.5 oz can beans (your choice)1 - 32 oz container chicken broth You can add a mixture of cornstarch and water if you would like the soup to thicken. Only thicken if you do not plan on having leftovers. The thickener doesn't do so good in the fridge.
Directions
Pour broth in crock pot, drain both the hominy and beans and add to broth. Turn crock pot on high. Brown ground turkey, season with salt and red pepper flakes. Add sliced Keilbasa and season with pepper. Continue to cook turkey until no longer pink. When cooked, drain if necessary, and add to crock pot. Let cook on high for 4 hours. Makes 8 one cup servings.
