Ingredients: * Gelatine, Knox unflavored, 14 gram(s) or two pkts * Ginger beer, 1/4 cup * Cranbery juice 100% pure, 3/4 cup * Tangerines, (mandarin oranges), canned, 1 10 oz can * *Stevia, 3/4 tsp1 1/2 cup boiling water1/2 cup cold water
mix the juices from the oranges and the cranberry juice, ginger beer and the cold water and bloom the jello for 5 min.
stir in the boiling water and let jello chill till soft set if you have the time ... and add the oranges....
If you're like me, and never have the time, toss in the oranges right away, they will eventually float up and make a pretty layer on top.
