*Trader Joe's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 22 tbsp (remove)*Bob's Red Mill Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, 1 cup (remove)*All Purpose Unbleached Flour, 1.75 cup (remove)Full Circle Organic Light Brown Sugar, 48 tsp (remove)Private Selection Organic Sugar, 24 tsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Butter, unsalted, .5 cup (remove)Brummel & Brown, Original Spread made with Yogurt, 1 Tbsp, 8 serving (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)Walnuts, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)*chocolate chips 12 large, 3 serving (remove)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flours, salt and baking soda. Set aside. Combine brown sugar, sugar, butter, margarine and vanilla, and beat until creamy. Add eggs and beat. Add flour mixture and mix well. Stir in chips and walnuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls (small ones) onto cookie sheets sprayed with Pam for Baking. Bake 9 minutes.
Yields about 60 small, chunky cookies.
