Honey, .5 cup *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, 4 cup Buttermilk, lowfat, 400 mL Salt, .5 tsp yeast, 2 tsp Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Rosemary, 1 tbspcoating: I egg yolk + 1/2 tsp saffron + sesame seeds
Directions
-make doug with bread maker
-needs rest for up to 3 hours to rise enough
-bake flat square" 2 inch tichkness" coat with egg yolk saffron and sesame seeds mixture
- bake 30 to 40 min 350 f or until golden
