Ingredients
1 lg onion chopped1 lg carrot peeled and sliced3 med stalks celery with tops sliced3 garlic cloves sliced3 cups low sodium chicken broth1 can chopped tomatoes with chili 1 cup elbow macaroni
Directions
Place all vegetables in pot. Cover with water, cook until vegetables are soft.
Add tomatoes, macaroni and chicken broth.
Cook until macaroni is soft.
