Ingredients
2-4oz sirloin steaks (any cut will work well)Worchestershire sause (I prefer Lea & Perrins)Liquid Smoke (I prefer mesquite, but hickory works well too)Pepper, black (fresh ground is best)Seasoned saltgarlic*I use McCormick Garlic Season-All when I want an even texture, or regular Season-All with fresh garlic if I have it in the house
Directions
Put the steaks in a glass baking dish or bowl to marinade. Splash both sides with liquids, and generously dust both sides with powders. Depending on how much flavor you want to have come through, let sit for 10-20 minutes at room temperture or at least 30 minutes in the fridge. You can let soak (generally larger batches) in the fridge overnight as well.

Grill to desired doneness and enjoy!
