Garbanza Bean Soup with Turkey Sausage

garbanza beans (2 lbs.)5 lbs. of potatoesTwo packages of Hillshire Farms Turkey Smokes Sausage1 cup chopped onions
soak garbanza beans in water over night
The next morning empty water and rinse. Put in large pot and cover with 5 cups of water and onions. Season with paprika, saffron, salt, pepper to taste. You can use some chicken boullion too. Cook 3 hours. Add potatoes and sausage and cook for another 45 minutes. Serve with cuban bread.
