Buckeye Balls

Ingredients
1-1/2 c peanut butter1/2 c butter, softened1 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp salt3 c powdered sugar
Directions
Combine peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and salt. Beat at low speed until blended. Add 2 cups powdered sugar. Beat until blended. Add last cup of powdered sugar and mix until mixture shaped into a ball will hold onto toothpicks. Shape into 1 inch balls and insert a toothpick in each ball. Place on a tray and freeze 1 hour. Melt 1 tsp crisco and chocolate almond bark. Dip each peanut butter ball in chocolate.
