Crusty Yeast Bread

Ingredients
1/2 cup warm water1 tbsp yeast1/4 cup sugar1/3 cup dry milk4 tbsp butter2 eggs3 1/2 cups milk
Directions
In the bowl of a stand mixer combine the water, yeast, and 2 tbsps sugar. Allow to proof. Once the yeast has proofed, add the remaining sugar, eggs, dry milk, butter and 3 cups of flour. All the mixer to go until an nice ball of dough forms. Allow to rise 1 1/2 hours, then punch down and place and allow to rise for 30 minutes before baking at 350 for 30 minutes.
