Beef Taco Skillet - Ranchero Style

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (extra lean - or substitute ground turkey for an even leaner meal)1 can (10 3/4oz) Campbell's Healthy Request Tomato Soup 1/2 cup salsa1/2 cup water5 corn tortillas (6") cut into 1" pieces (can also use flour; wheat; &/or low carb1/2 cup shredded low-fat Colby &/or Cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook meat in 10" skillet until well browned, stirring to break up meta. Pour off fat.
Stir in Soup, salsa, water, tortillas. Heat to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 min. Stir.
Top with cheese.
