3 C oatmeal1.5 C whole wheat flour3 sticks I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light1/2 C splenda brown sugar1/4 C splenda for baking1/3 C egg whites1 tsp vanilla1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1C walnuts1C raisins
Beat sugar and olea until smooth.
Add egg whites and vanilla.
Stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon.
Stir in oats, raisins, and walnuts.
Place on non stick cookie sheet.
Bake at 350* for 10-12 minutes.
