Bob's Red Mill Brownies

2 cups whole wheat flour1 1/2 cups unbleached white flour1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt3 tbsp cocoa powder1 cup sugar2 eggs2/3 cup plain yogurt (fat free in calculations)1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup milk (1% in calculations)2/3 cup water2 tsp. vegetable oilAdd ins: Dried Cranberries, Pecans, Anything you like -- even more chocolate chips!
Preheat the oven to 375. Grease an 8x8 or 9x11 baking dish (we only own a 9x11, which yields more servings)
In a large bowl, sift together the flours, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a smaller bowl, beat the eggs. Add the oil, then the rest of the wet ingredients. Beat this mixture into the dry ingredient mixture. Fold in whatever add-ins you like.
Spread into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out MOSTLY clean (a little bit of crumb is desirable).
Makes 16 brownies in an 8x8 pan, or 18 in a 9x11.
