Sand Tarts from Splenda website

Ingredients
1 cup butter, melted1/4 cup Splenda2 cups flour2 tsp vanilla extract1 cup chopped pecans2 tbls Splenda2 teaspoons corn starch
Directions
350 F

Beat butter and Splenda at medium speed with electric mixer about 2 minutes or until creamy. Gradually add flour beating at low speed until blended. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Shape into 1-inch balls.

Bake 20 minutes.

Process 2 tbls Splenda & cornstarch in a blender or food processor. Roll cookies in powdered mixture.
