Radicchio pizza with truffle oil

Ingredients
Radicchio, 1 cup, shredded *Boboli 100% Whole Wheat 10 oz Pizza Crust--1/6, 6 serving Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 1 tbs *White Truffle Oil, La Tourangelle, 1 tbsp salt and pepper to taste
Directions
*note boboli is made with cheese

cut radicchio into thin shreds dress with olive oil, salt and pepper and a dash of truffle oil. Heat boboli in oven for 7 mins@ 425 . Top with radicchio and cook for 3-5 mins.
