Easy Egg Salad

Ingredients
1/4C chopped onion6 med eggland's best hard boiled eggs1/2Tbsp light Miracle Whip1tsp mustardPaprika or black pepper andsalt and to taste
Directions
Roughly chop egg and place in a med bowl. Add onion, miracle whip, mustard and seasonings. Mix to combine. Chill for at least an hr, but overnight is best. Serve on wheat bread or crackers. 3 servings
