* *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 0.33 cup * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .5 tbsp *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 0.50 tsp * *Hood Simply Smart Fat Free Milk, .25 cup * *All Whites - Liquid Egg Whites, Crystal Farms, 0.25 cup * Olive Oil, .5 tbsp * **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp
You can add fruit and nuts too! Items like, chopped walnuts, or mashed banana as well! Just be sure to add it to your daily calories!
