2- Boboli 8" Mini Thin Pizza Crusts4oz- Beef round or tip steak1/2c- Newman's Own Marinara sauce, or whatever kind of marinara sauce you like1- med to large bell pepper (I like yellow or red)1- 9oz package Frozen Artichokes (defrosted) or 1 can artichokes (not marinated)1c- Fresh leaf spinach (approximate measure)1c- Kraft Free or Skim Shredded Mozerella Cheese (divided)1/2tsp- steak seasoning, like McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
Makes (2) 8" Mini Pizzas
1. Wash or rinse any fresh vegetables. Pat dry with papertowel. Slice/cut vegetables to desired size for pizza topping
2. Season steak on both sides and cook on grill pan or outdoor grill to desired doneness (steak will cook more in oven)
3. Slice steak to bite size pieces
4. Spread 1/4c of marinara sauce on pizza crust. Top with 1/4c (or more if desired) of shredded mozerella cheese. Top with sliced vegetables and steak. Top with another 1/4c of shredded mozerella cheese.
5. Bake on a cookie sheet or pizza dish at 400 degrees in oven for approximately 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
