Ingredients
Directions
1 can Taylor's Yams 40 oz.1/2 cup maple syrup1/8 tsp ground cloves1 tsp. cinnamon4 large eggs1 cup biscuit mix2 tbsp. Herbalife Protein Drink Mix (can substitute 1 cup milk with 1 tsp. vanilla)May take longer to bake
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place can of yams with syrup in microwaveable bowl. Add 1/2 cup maple syrup and spices. Microwave 5 minutes, or until you can mash the yams up.
Add 4 eggs to the above mixture. stir in with a spatula until combined. Add 2 tbsp. Herbalife Protein Drink Mix (or 1 cup milk and 1 tsp vanilla) mix in with spatula. Add 1 cup of biscuit mix. Fold ingredients together until well combined.
Pour mixture into a 12"x 9" greased baking pan. I use silicone so I don't have trouble removing the food. Cook for 35-40 minutes or until knife come out clean from center.
Let stand 2 hours. Refrigerate. Serve cold with whipped cream (not in nutritional calculation because it is good without it).
