Ingredients
Ziti - 1 lb cookedMarinara sauce - 3 cupsSmart Ground from Light life - whole packageOnion - 1 smallGarlic - minced 3-4 tbls depending on tasteExtra Virgin Olive Oil - 6 tbsGalaxy Nutritional Foods Vegan Mozzerella (cheddar flavor has same nutritional value so it was used for nutrition facts) - one block shredded into 2 cupsGalaxy Nutritional Foods Vegan Parmesan Topping - 16 tspVegetable Cooking Stock - One Cupt
Directions
Cook Ziti according to package

saute onions and garlic in pot with oil
add smart ground to the pot
add one cup vegetable stock
add marinara sauce

oil casserole pan
spread some sauce on the bottom of the pan
add a layer of pasta
add a layer of sauce
add one cup of the shredded cheese
add another layer of pasta
add another layer of sauce
add the rest of the cheese
top with vegan parmesan cheese

cook in the oven at 375 for 20 minutes covered with tinfoil
take tinfoil off and cook for another 10 minutes
if the cheese has not yet melted place under broiler for one minute or until cheese melts

serve and enjoy!
