Creamy Pumpkin Jello Pie

Ingredients
1 6oz. pkg. Jello Sugar Free Instant Vanilla Pudding1/2 c. fat free milk1 can Libby's Pumpkin1 8 oz. container Cool Whip Free1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice1 9" graham cracker pie crust
Directions
Put pudding mix, milk and pumpkin pie spice in large bowl and mix using wire whisk (will be thick). Add can of pumpkin and whipped topping. Mix well; pour into graham cracker crust and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.

    A lighter, less sweet pie with satisfying pumpkin flavor. I was more interested in flavor than calories so I used 3 oz. box Jello regular pumpkin spice flavor pudding mix & regular cool whip. Next time I'd only use 1/2 the cool whip, pie was very pale color & too airy. Made enough for 2 pie shells - 11/26/13
