Chiken and pickles sandwich filling

Ingredients
1 tbsp light mayo2 tsp mustard (change the mayo/mustard amount depending on your taste)0.25 chicken breast (grilled is best, chopped)1 small gherkin (pickle) chopped
Directions
makes 1 sandwich (bread not included in the nutritional info)

Grill the chicken, leave aside. While it cools down, chop the gherkin and mix with the mayo and mustard. Chop the chicken and add to the mixture.

You can add lettuce so the amount increases but not the calorie count, or fried onion for a treat.

It's great with pita bread.
