Ingredients
3 large grilled Shrimp3 large leafs chopped Romaine Lettuce1/3 cup shredded Carrots, raw1 tbsp Cilantro, raw2 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives2 tbsp sliced Almonds2 tbsp Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing1/3 cup Del Monte Mandarine Orange Segments in light syrup2 tbsp LA CHOY Rice Noodles
Directions
Grill Shrimp or Chicken with your choice of seasoning. Allow to cool. Layer all ingredients and place shrimp on top with mandarine oranges. Serve with dressing on the side.

    I made this tonight I used chicken but still good. I added some broccoli slaw to it to up the veggies. - 10/13/08
