Mom's Black Cherry Jello

1 can pitted black cherries 1 pkg. black cherry Jello Juice from cherries Water 1/4 c. chopped walnuts 1/4 c. sliced green olives 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 tablespoon milk 1 tablespoon Splenda
Drain cherries, reserve juice. Dissolve Jello according to package directions. Use juice plus water (or ice) to cool Jello as package directs. Chill Jello, in an 8 x 8” Pyrex dish stirring occasionally until jelled but not firm.
Stir in cherries, place walnuts and olives on top. Chill until very cold and set. Serve on lettuce leaf with mayonnaise dressing. Garnish with cherry and mint leaves.
Mayonnaise Dressing
In a large bowl, whisk together mayo, milk and sugar. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
