4 oz. light cream cheese, softened2 T. splenda1 single serving container Fat Free Greek yogurt1/3 cup egg substitute1/2 box, 4 serving sugar free cheesecake pudding1/2 t. almond extract6" pie crust (don't think you can buy them, but you can double the recipe using 9" crust if you don't want to make your own crust)
Make crust and pre cook about 10 min first. Beat up softened cream cheese. Add splenda, beating until smooth, add yogurt (you can use low fat sour cream) continuing to beat, then egg substitute. Beat in pudding mix (you can use sf vanilla) and almond extract. When smooth, place in prebaked shell and bake 30-35 min until set.
