Ingredients
Havarti, mascarpone, blue cheese, emmenthal, walnuts
Directions
Mix half of the mascarpone with the blue cheese till it is creamy. Mix the rest of the mascarpone with the emmenthal that has been finely chopped. Put 2 slices of the havarti on a plate, and spread one of the cream. Cover with two slices of the havarti, and spread the other cream. Continue till all the ingredients are finished. finish with a layer of cream. Put some walnuts on the last layer to decorate.
