Ingredients
1 cup of Brown Rice Browned1 Tbls Olive Oil1 can of Ro Tel diced tomatoes w/green chiliespepper to taste
Directions
Brown the rice in olive oil. Then add 1 cup water, Ro tel and season to taste. Cover let simmer till rice is done.

Serve with a Healthy Taco
