Ham & Corn Chowder

Ingredients
2 c. diced ham1 c. chopped onion3 c. diced potatoes2 c. waterPam cooking spray3 c. cream style corn3 c. cut corn6 c. fat free half & halfsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Spray pot with Pam. Saute ham lightly to warm. Remove from heat. Spray pot again & saute onions & potato 3 min. Pour in water, boil 5-8 min until potatoes start to become tender. Some water will evaporate. Add other ingredients, stir and simmer on low until heated through - 10 min or so. Let sit in pot for abotu 30 minutes for flavors to meld. Add salt & pepper to your taste.
