Banana Walnut Pancakes

1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons filtered water1 Egg1/4 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract1/4 cup Vegetable Oil1 Cup Dry Pancake Mix1/2 Cup diced Banana1/4 Cup Chopped WalnutsPowdered sugar to tasteWhipped butter to tasteMaple syrup to taste
Combine water, egg, vanilla, and vegetable oil in bowl. Mix well. Add pancake mix to mixing bowl. Mix to combine ingredients. Stir into mixture bananas and chopped nuts. Warm nonstick skillet to medium heat. Do not use cooking spray or oil. Place 1/4 cup batter onto skillet. repeat. Cook until bubbles form and edges begin to firm; flip. Garnish with three, 1/4 inch slices of banana and some chopped walnuts; finish by sprinkling powdered sugar over entire plate. Serve with warm maple syrup and whipped butter.
