Ham Steak with Mustard Pineapple Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb Ham Steak, regular (11% fat), (remove)1/4 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat, (remove)1 tsp Yellow Mustard, (remove)1 tsp Tarragon, ground, (remove)1/2 cup *canned fruit, pineapple chunks, in juice
Directions
Preheat broiler. Place the ham steak on a baking sheet and broil 3 inches from heat for 10 minutes or until heated through. Combine the yogurt, mustard, and tarragon. Top the ham slice with yogurt sauce. Place the pineapple chunks on top of the ham and broil for 2-3 minutes longer or until browned.
