Mandarin Orange Spinach Salad

1 package sugar-free orange gelatin1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt1/2 cup cold water1 8-oz can mandarin orange segments, drained1/2 lb fresh spinach leaves2 tbs slivered almonds
prepare orange gelatin according to package, however, substitute yogurt, cold water, and drained orange segments for the cup of cold water called for. Chill thoroughly. Cut gelatin into squares and place on spinach leaves. Top with almonds.
