Ingredients
Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz Yellow Bell Pepper, Diced, 1/4 CupBell Pepper, Orange, Diced, 1/4 CupFresh Onion, Chopped, 1/4 CupMinute Rice - Premium Long Grain White Rice (cooked), 2 cupsPace Chunky Salsa - Medium, 1 Cup
Directions
Cook Rice as instructed on package
Brown Ground Beef with Peppers and Onion

Combine 2 cups of cooked rice with 1 cup of Salsa and the browned Ground Beef mix.

Let simmer covered for 5 minutes
