Shani's Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
48 oz Ground Turkey 85/153 grated carrots (1 1/2-2 cups)2 small onions - minced7 cloves garlic - minced1 tbsp ground black pepper4 tbsp Italian Seasoning
Directions
Mix all ingredients in large bowl, make sure to incorporate all ingredients well. I used a 1/4c. Kitchenaid measuring cup to scoop out each meatball - weighed approximately 3oz before cooking. Place on greased (non-stick spray) baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 mins. Let cool, then you can freeze in ziplock bags or use immediately. This recipe works well if frozen - you can pull out as many meatballs as you would like and add pasta sauce over noodles. Another idea from my oldest would be to serve over boiled red potatoes with brown gravy. Add a salad and you have a wonderful meal!
